Jeff Co-founded Fidelis Senior Home Care in 2010 and serves as Fidelis’ CEO and Administrator. Jeff served as a Marine Corps Officer before starting his career in sales and management.
Connie Hatten
RN – Nurse Supervisor
Connie Co-founded Fidelis Senior Home Care in 2010 and serves as Fidelis’ Nurse Advisor. When not performing her official duties, Connie volunteers her nursing services at local churches and enjoys gardening.
Kristin Schor
Director of Operations
Kristin maintains constant communication with the staff to ensure continuity in the excellent level of care that Fidelis strives to provide to their clients, the care professionals and referral sources. She collaborates with staff to develop and implement new ideas of improving the care of their clients and their care professionals.
Mignon Evans
Senior Care Coordinator
Mignon is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and care for Fidelis’ clients and their care professionals. She manages and works along side the team to place the right care professional with the client based on the clients needs and services. Her years of experience equips her with the compassion, understanding and empathy to assist their clients with their specific needs.
Cindy Henderson
Assistant Care Coordinator
Cindy has served Fidelis Senior Home Care in multiple capacities since 2018. As a member of the scheduling team, Cindy fields calls and works to ensure every shift is filled.
Allie Glenn
Recruiting and Training Manager
Allie joined Fidelis in 2022 after graduating Texas A&M University. She serves as Fidelis’ hiring manager by recruiting and training care professionals to provide quality care and serve the needs of our clients.
Lucas Glenn
Training Coordinator
Lucas is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting the training program for the care professionals. The care professionals that Fidelis hires all have experience in caring for seniors at a variety of levels, but Fidelis offers additional training to those who request it. This helps keep the care professionals current and educated on the latest equipment and procedures. Lucas also acts as the IT manager, keeping up to date on the latest technology to enhance the services Fidelis offers.
